Madras College, a beloved but aging comprehensive school in St Andrews, has been transformed into ‘SPACE’ – a state-of-the-art student accommodation for university students. The site, rich in history and cherished by the community, has been revitalized to meet the growing demand for university housing.
The new accommodations offer contemporary amenities while preserving the charm of the much-loved structure. This transformation ensures the legacy of school continues, whilst also now supporting the vibrant student life of St Andrews.
SPACE offers a range of self-contained studios, plus 2,3- and 4-bedroom apartments. Furthermore, there is an excellent gym, several study pods , gardens and outdoor spaces, communal areas and a 24/7 onsite support team.
The accommodation also provides a daily shuttle service between the site and University buildings – contributing to a hassle-free university experience.
