Expect plenty of sizzle, open-flame cooking is our forte, with locally sourced beef, game and freshly-caught seafood all skillfully prepared on our state-of-the-art Robata grill.
Having only opened recently in the autumn of 2021, 18 has soon established itself as one of the town’s premier destinations for a couples and friends who want to enjoy a little bit of world class hospitality and exceptional cocktails in this unique setting with wonderful views over the West Sands.
