Fatface is a fashion brand with ethical and environmental responsibility. They have had a home here in St Andrews for many years and is a great part of our retail community. In their own words, “the journey to sustainability is ongoing and it’s one that FatFace is committed to.
We’re not there yet, but our destination is on the horizon and our aim is clear; to make the most sustainable choices for our product, our planet and our community. 100% Of the cotton for our cotton products is now sustainably sourced. We’ve achieved this by sourcing organically grown cotton and through the Better Cotton Initiative; a non-profit organisation helping farmers to reduce the impact of cotton production on the local environment, improving the livelihood of farmers globally.
We pride ourselves on creating opportunities for our people to take part in fundraising events, challenge themselves while raising funds for charity. In 2009, the FatFace Foundation was set up to make a positive and enduring difference to the lives of people in communities where FatFace sources, manufactures and sells products.
