With work starting on the site in March 2023, the new SPACE development in St Andrews has been progressing quickly and Phase 1 will be ready for occupation late August 2024 in time for the first term for the academic year.
Here we are able to provide the latest information and give you our independent opinions and other useful information to help prospective tenants decide if they wish to live in SPACE.
The SPACE showroom is located at 120 South Street in St Andrews and is open every day except Sundays.
Visitors are welcome to pop in without appointment where one of the excellent team will be happy to show you around and provide more detailed information on availability and price for the upcoming academic year.
