Lyndsey Currie – Knitted Accessories

Lyndsey Currie Knitted Accessories creates a range of bold and colourful knitted accessories in premium quality lambswool. All products are designed and made by me in Dundee on a hand powered knit machine.

My designs are inspired by my love of brutalist architecture and pairing of bright and bold colours, and includes a range of knitted headbands, snoods, scarves and wrist-warmers.

I am passionate about sustainable living and use only 100% premium lambswool, a natural, sustainable and renewable fibre.

Having graduated from Duncan Of Jordanstone College of Art and Design with a degree in textiles specialising in knit, I became Designer in Residence at the University for a year.  I then went on to cover a 6 month sabbatical as Knit and Stitch technician. After a fabulous 6 months of teaching it was time to follow my dream and start my own business in late 2019.
